2. No Guarantee of Results
While we employ proven SEO strategies and work diligently to improve your rankings, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or results. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change. Results vary based on competition, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary platforms and accounts. Clients are responsible for ensuring their business information is accurate and up to date.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are due at the beginning of each service month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
5. No Long-Term Contracts
We operate on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by Lawyer SEO Service remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share client data, campaign details, or business information with third parties without express written consent, except as required by law.
8. White-Hat SEO Compliance
All SEO tactics employed by Lawyer SEO Service are 100% white-hat and compliant with Google Webmaster Guidelines and applicable state bar advertising rules. We do not engage in any tactics that could result in penalties or harm to your domain or professional license.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lawyer SEO Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Lawyer SEO Service harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from client-provided content, misuse of our services, or violation of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
